Operating During COVID-19
COVID-19 Collection & Delivery Guidelines
During Covid-19, we have adopted all required safety measures and are following the government guidelines. All our drivers operate by the following guidelines where applicable.
Contactless Collection and Delivery
The driver will call you upon arrival, and the goods can be left at a safe distance for the driver to collect. The same will be followed at the delivery point.
Verbal POD / Photo POD
As for POD signatures, the receiver can give their name from a safe distance, and the driver will record it. If required by the customer, we can also take a Photo POD.
If getting a signature is imperative, do let us know. We can arrange for that as well while maintaining a safe distance. These guidelines are to ensure a safe distance is kept at all times.
